The Russian National Congress “People & Health” has been taking place in Saint Petersburg since 1995. The Congress is dedicated to the World Day
of Disabled Persons and is being held with a support of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation and the Government
of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region.
The Congress “People & Health” is an authoritative scientific forum dedicated to the urgent issues of complex system of treatment and rehabilitation
of the disabled. This event has been a traditional meeting place for home and foreign scientists and practitioners in the field of trauma surgery,
orthopedics, neurology, prosthetics, medical, social, and vocational rehabilitation, medical-social examination, as well as politicians, public figures,
businessmen, representatives of administration.
