Dear colleagues!
It is a great pleasure for me to invite you to attend the Black Sea Neurosurgical Congress scheduled for 1-3 October 2007. It should be specially stressed that for all these years such a Congress will be arranged for the first time in Russia in the Krasnodar region.
Today as never before acceleration of the rhythm of life, unstable and sometimes complicated political situation make us preserve and further our longlasting traditional and friendly relationship with our neighbors countries of the Black Sea region in different spheres of our life - scientific, economic and cultural.
High development rates of our speciality, appearance of new and sometimes revolutionary methods as well as constant perfection of standard diag-nostic and neurosurgical methods - all these facts determined the main topics for the scientific programme. No doubt, the spectrum of problems, in-ternational scientific committee and invited speakers represented by an outstanding neurosurgical faculty from these countries will be a highlight of the congress and make it interesting.
We hope the comprehensive scientific programme, picturesque surroundings, mild climate and exciting social programme will give you a chance not only to share and gain experience and participate in scientific discussions but also enjoy staying in this nice place on the Black sea shore.
